There had better be or my eighty-four-year-old father and I will come looking for you, Mr. Friedman, and we were both born in the Bronx so you'd better not mess around with us!
ReplyDeleteI read Don't Ever Get Old, and while I mostly enjoyed it, I don't think it ever explained why the killer eviscerated his victims. Did I miss something? Was there a mention of some religious ritual or something that I totally overlooked? The killing method seemed totally over the top and out of sync with the killer. Can someone explain? Thanks.

ReplyDeleteMy 80+ year old father and I are awaiting your next Buck Schatz story. Buck, strangely, gives old men a legitimate hero. I realize how improbable the premise is. However, who gives a damn? Buck is fun, fair and tough as nails. Thanks for the two stories you've written.
